We offer you total management of the whole process from the manufacture of all your laboratory furniture, its delivery to site and complete site management for its installation, all fully compliant with current Health and Safety legislation.

Before considering your preferred contractor for your proposed laboratory contract can we remind you that Mark Finn Laboratory Installations only use our directly employed Joiners, Plumbers, Electricians, Medical gas engineers and Site Managers or specialist personnel known to the company. We offer our own labour when and where it is needed to ensure that your contract will run as smoothly and seamlessly as possible. Site management – in house

By utilising our in house staff you will benefit from over 70 years of personal Laboratory construction and Laboratory installations experience. It will free up your management staff to carry on with their normal duties. The disruption to your normal working practices will be minimal.

All our trades men, Joiners, Plumbers, Electricians, Floor Layers, Decorators are time served apprentice trained, all are City & Guilds Advanced approved operatives in their own speciality trades.

Site management and foremen are all experienced tradesman that have undertaken further training in Management, Health & Safety, Construction Design Management (CDM).

Mark Finn Laboratory Installations carry Ten Million Pounds insurance indemnity at all times as the norm, but extra insurance can be obtained if required.
