Base Units

Welcome to Mark Finn where we manufacture all these base units with carcasses that are constructed from 18mm MDF covered over with a waterproof grey decorative easy clean surface.  If you have a requirement for either doors or the whole unit in 13mm Trespa contact Mark Finn with your layout or drawings and trespa requirments.

PLEASE NOTE OUR STATIC BASE UNITS are unique, in that they are rated to support an equally distributed load of 240kg  dead weight ( the equivalent of 37 stone or 3 average men).

• Fixed units are mounted on a 4 sided 18mm fixed plinth, Mobile Units have 4 rubber castors, the front two being lockable, which can be found on our mobile page.
• Decorated in any colour of your choice.
• All units are constructed by hand in our workshops utilizing 100% laminated 18mm MDF board and hardwood joints
• All leading or exposed edges are moisture and knock resistant
• All body, doors and drawer fronts are 18mm MDF colour laminated and edged in a colour of your choice.
• Drawers have steel sides and a 15mm MDF bottom and back.
• Units to be completed with handles finished in colours of your choice. 

Please note that the solvants/acid units will be made from 16mm Trespa Athlon
